Research on Comprehensive Management Technology of Voltage Sag Based on Supercapacitor Energy Storage
Some marine equipment enterprises in the jurisdiction of Changxing have high requirements for the quality of power supply,and the voltage sag caused by reclosing in situations such as power grid faults,planned power outages,and emergency repairs is the biggest factor affecting the quality of power supply.By utilizing the instantaneous energy storage and discharge control technology of supercapacitors,combined with the DC side sup-port voltage stabilization principle of capacitor frequency converters,a universal DC bus connection type voltage sag control scheme is designed to avoid multiple AC conversions of energy storage equipment.Its energy con-sumption level is significantly reduced compared with the case of using uninterruptible power supplies,nearly achieving zero standby energy consumption level.At the same time,it saves the expensive cost of AC/DC sec-ondary conversion converters.Most importantly,the DC side voltage sag control technology can achieve unde-layed seamless operation,greatly improving the effectiveness of voltage sag control.
