新能源发电储能系统容量多阶段自适应调控算法设计

提出了针对新能源发电储能系统的容量自适应调控算法,根据当前的测定需求及标准,制定基础容量控制目标,并根据发电储能系统实际运行环境设置约束条件,同时限制储能系统容量的调整范围;设计了一种多阶段储能容量调控算法,并引入了 SOC自适应分层控制模型.在该调控算法的逻辑结构中,将储能电池SOC按照不同的阈值分成多个层级,并为每个层级设定相应的充放电策略.通过设置自适应调控约束条件和计算最低荷电标准,结合SOC分层控制处理等级,不断完善调控算法,提高调控精确度.测试结果表明:所提出设计方法的自适应调控响应时间在0.25 s以下,调控灵活度高,且误差可控.
Design of Multi-Stage Adaptive Regulation Algorithm for Capacity of New Energy Generation and Energy Storage System
A capacity adaptive regulation algorithm for new energy generation and energy storage systems has been proposed.Based on current measurement requirements and standards,establish basic capacity control objec-tives,and set constraints based on the actual operating environment of the power generation and energy storage system,while limiting the adjustment range of the energy storage system capacity.Design a multi-stage energy storage capacity regulation algorithm and introduce an SOC adaptive hierarchical control model.In the logical structure of the regulation algorithm,the energy storage battery SOC is divided into multiple levels according to different thresholds,and corresponding charging and discharging strategies are set for each level.By setting adap-tive regulation constraints and calculating the minimum charging standard,combined with the hierarchical control processing level of SOC,the regulation algorithm is improved to improve the regulation accuracy.The test results show that the adaptive control response time of the design method is below 0.25s,with high control flexibility and controllable error.
