Application of Zero Discharge Technology Route for Desulfurization Wastewater of the First 1 000 MW Brown Coal Unit in China
Currently,the low-temperature multi effect evaporation zero discharge process for wastewater has be-come the mainstream in the market.Taking the low-temperature multi effect flash evaporation concentration pro-cess adopted by the first 1000MW brown coal unit in China as an example,the low-temperature multi effect flash evaporation zero emission technology route was adopted,including low-temperature flue gas waste heat utiliza-tion,multi effect flash evaporation concentration,dry wet air cooling combined cooling and other new technolo-gies,achieving zero emission of desulfurization wastewater treatment.This technology has low power consump-tion and high freshwater recovery rate,and can achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater while meet-ing lower operating costs.In addition,this technology directly uses the dry wet air cooling combined cooling tower device for the first time to provide cooling water to the three effect zero emission system,achieving self supply of system water replenishment,which is a major breakthrough in the application of water shortage areas.
