燃煤电厂二氧化碳排放的核算与管理分析

燃煤电厂是我国主要的CO2排放源,其排放量的准确核算是碳交易市场有序进行的基础,也是开展碳减排工作的重要依据.研究了当前燃煤电厂碳排放核算所采用的《指南》方法和在线监测法,梳理了核算所需的参数及其获取方式,分析了核算不确定度的主要因素.采用这种方法分别对320 MW燃煤机组碳排放量进行了核算,结果表明:两种方法计算的碳排放量相对偏差为2.8%~5.1%,在线监测法所得结果相对较低,且示机组碳排放强度随负荷率的升高而降低.对机组碳排放强度的主要影响因素进行了分析,并为企业在碳排放核算和碳排放量控制管理工作中提出了相关建议.
Accounting and Management Analysis of CO2 Emissions from Coal-Fired Power Plants
Coal fired power plants are the main source of CO2 emissions in China,and accurate accounting of their emissions is the basis for orderly carbon trading markets and an important basis for carrying out carbon reduction work.We have studied the"Guidelines"and online monitoring methods currently used for carbon emission account-ing in coal-fired power plants,sorted out the parameters required for accounting and their acquisition methods,and analyzed the factors affecting accounting uncertainty.Two methods were used to calculate the carbon emis-sions of a 320 MW coal-fired unit,and the results showed that the relative deviation of the carbon emissions calcu-lated by the two methods was 2.8%to 5.1%.The results obtained by the online monitoring method were rela-tively low,and the results also showed that the carbon emission intensity of the unit decreased with the increase of load rate.Analyzed the main influencing factors of unit carbon emission intensity,and proposed relevant sugges-tions for enterprise carbon emission accounting and carbon emission control management.
