摘要
随着城市建设发展和电网建设发展的需要,10 kV配电网电缆与架空线路混合的情况越来越普遍,通过配电网不停电作业方式对架空线路和电缆线路实施不停电作业在技术上已经成为主流作业方式.带电断、接电缆引线的情况也比较常见,分析了作业中存在的问题和现象.
Abstract
With the development of urban construction and the needs of power grid construction,the mixing of 10 kV distribution network cables and overhead lines are becoming increasingly common.Implementing uninter-rupted operation on overhead lines and cable lines through uninterrupted maintenance of distribution network has become the main technical operation method.The situation of live disconnection and connection of cable leads is also quite common.In depth analysis was conducted on the problems and phenomena existing in the operation.
