摘要

根据五防要求,开关手车会根据手车位置及开关状态闭锁开关合闸.以一起35 kV VN1型开关的重合闸失败事故为例,探讨了该型开关手车的的重合闸信号及闭锁辅助开关时序配合问题,并提出了类似故障的解决方案.

Abstract

According to the five prevention requirements,the opening and closing of the handcart will be locked based on the handcart position and switch status.Taking a reclosing failure accident of a 35kV VN1 type switch as an example,this paper explores the reclosing signal and timing coordination of the locking auxiliary switch of the switch handcart,and proposes a solution for similar faults in the switch handcart.
