摘要
电力企业已逐步开展电网项目LCC论证研究,但论证总体水平还不高.重点收集了电力企业对于LCC论证的相关要求及优势,了解了 LCC论证存在的管理难点及技术难点.以典型35 kV开关改造项目LCC论证为例,开展了项目方案LCC深入论证比选研究,分析了不同项目类型LCC论证方法及深度要求,以加强项目论证水平.
Abstract
Power companies have gradually carried out LCC demonstration research on power grid projects,but the overall level of demonstration is not yet high.We focused on collecting the requirements and advantages of power companies for LCC demonstration,and understood the management and technical difficulties in LCC dem-onstration.Taking the LCC demonstration of a typical 35kV switch renovation project as an example,a compara-tive study was conducted on the in-depth LCC demonstration of project schemes.The LCC demonstration meth-ods and depth requirements for different project types were analyzed to strengthen the level of project demonstra-tion.
