摘要

针对国网上海浦东供电公司95598客户服务痛点,构建基于现场的诉求取证信息化辅助支撑工具,支持将现场图片、音视频等资料在线回传至系统,基于此对工单的现场非结构化文件进行有效管理,有效解决了客户诉求现场取证项目建设过程中管理困难的难题.

Abstract

Based on the pain points of customer service at State Grid Shanghai Pudong Power Supply Company 95598,this paper constructs an informationization auxiliary support tool for on-site demand forensics,supporting the online transmission of on-site images,audio and video,and other information to the system.Based on this,ef-fective management of unstructured on-site documents for work orders is carried out,effectively solving the man-agement difficulties in the construction process of customer demand on-site forensics projects.
