Research and Prospect of Distribution Network Planning in the New Power System
The establishment of a new power system is a crucial measure to achieve the national"double carbon"goal and is an inevitable trend in the context of energy transition.As an intermediary between the grid and users,the distribution network plays a pivotal role in the new power system.With the further promotion and implemen-tation of current new power system construction,the new distribution network system not only needs to meet increasing power demand but also must consider power quality and supply reliability.It also requires flexible scheduling and control capabilities to handle energy fluctuations and changes in power load,thus imposing higher demands on scientific planning for the distribution network system.Based on practical issues and development requirements of the new power system such as insufficient stability,complex planning,and urgent need for opti-mization of investment efficiency,this paper systematically explores the evolution process and direction of dis-tribution networks under the condition of construction and development of new power system.It identifies objective problems with current distribution network planning while clarifying its planning objectives.In consideration of current development situations and needs,this paper presents prospects for distribution network planning from different dimensions.The research content can provide support for improving scientific planning for distribution networks as well as serve as a reference for ensuring safe operation while accelerating construction within a new energy-based main body.
