摘要
构建新型电力系统是实现"双碳"目标、推动能源转型、助力能源革命的关键措施.首先,对新型电力系统的内涵进行了介绍.其次,从安全性、灵活性、经济性及基础理论四个方面阐述了新型电力系统面临的挑战.最后,梳理了能源数字技术、虚拟电厂、网络安全防御等诸多支撑建设新型电力系统的关键技术.
Abstract
Establishing a new power system is a crucial step towards achieving the"double carbon"goal,advanc-ing energy transition,and facilitating the energy revolution.Firstly,the essence of the new power system is intro-duced.Secondly,the challenges facing the new power system are delineated from four perspectives:security,flexibility,economy,and fundamental theory.Finally,the pivotal technologies are outlined to support the con-struction of a new power system such as energy digital technology,virtual power plants,and security defense.
