大型变电站巡检作业平台高精度移动控制装置的研制

为提高电网智能运检水平,国内绝大多数大型变电站配置的智能巡检机器人具备自主导航功能,能够实现带电检测、红外测温和拍摄图像视频等基础巡检任务.然而,由于巡检机器人接口封闭而无法直接集成运用局部放电检测等功能,这需要有高精度移动控制技术的巡检作业平台提供支撑.为此,研制了一款具有传感器功能扩展、接口通用、成本较低的高精度移动控制装置,将该装置安装至现有成熟的机器人底盘后,可为巡检机器人前沿带电检测技术落地应用提供支撑.
High-precision Mobile Control Device of Large Substation Inspection Platform
In order to improve the level of intelligent operation and inspection of power grid,intelligent inspection robots configured in most large substations in China have autonomous navigation function to realize the basic in-spection work of live detection,infrared temperature measurement,and image and video shooting.However,the inspection robot cannot directly integrate the technology such as partial discharge detection because of the closed interface.Therefore,the inspection platform with high-precision mobile control technology is needed to provide support.A high-precision mobile control device is developed with extended sensor function,universal interface and low cost.The device has been installed on the existing mature robot chassis,providing support for the applica-tion of the inspection robots cutting-edge live detection technology.
