基于X射线数字化成像技术的40.5kV开关柜触头盒质量检测

作为高压开关柜的关键绝缘部件,触头盒主要起绝缘隔离和连接过渡的作用.触头盒发生局部放电会导致绝缘击穿,甚至引发相间短路故障,对开关柜的可靠性运行带来严重威胁.目前对于触头盒产品没有有效的质量检测标准,为此提出了采用 X射线数字化成像技术对某 40.5 kV开关柜的触头盒进行入网质量检测,并在安装阶段进行检测试验.检测结果发现同批次 12 件触头盒中有 4 件内部存在空隙类缺陷,为不合格产品.试验结论表明,采用 X射线数字化成像技术检测触头盒的产品质量具有一定的实用性,这也为开关柜内其他绝缘部件的质量检测提供了参考和借鉴.
Quality Inspection of 40.5kV Switchgear Contact Box Based on X-Ray Digital Imaging Technology
As a key insulating component of high voltage switch cabinet,the contact box mainly plays the role of insulation isolation and connection transition.The partial discharge of the contact box will even cause insulation breakdown,which will seriously affect the reliable operation of the switch cabinet.At present,there is no effec-tive quality inspection standard for contact box products,so the digital X-ray imaging technology is proposed to detect the quality of a 40.5 kV switch box,and the inspection test was carried out in the installation stage.The test results found that 4 out of 12 contact boxes in the same batch had internal defects such as gaps,which are con-sidered unqualified products.The test results also showed that the digital X-ray imaging technology had certain practicability to detect the product quality of the contact box.This research provides a reference for the quality in-spection of other insulating parts in the switch cabinet.
