摘要

基于分布式光伏历史发电数据,在安全可靠、就地平衡原则的基础上,在配电网层面建立不同层级的光伏消纳能力分析模型,用来研究区域配电网在不同层级下对于光伏的接入及消纳能力.综合相关研究成果进行基于配电网接入能力的规划辅助分析,提出了光伏接入引导策略、安全风险管控策略与电网建设改造策略,可为大规模光伏接入提供参考.

Abstract

Based on distributed photovoltaic historical power generation data and the principles of safety,reliabil-ity,and on-site balance,different levels of photovoltaic consumption capacity analysis models are established at the distribution network level to study the access and consumption capacity of regional distribution networks for photovoltaic at different levels.Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant research results,a planning assis-tance analysis based on the distribution network access capacity was carried out,proposing photovoltaic access guidance strategies,safety risk control strategies,and power grid construction and renovation strategies,which can provide reference for large-scale photovoltaic access.
