摘要

10 kV双环网自愈系统网架结构多样、保护动作逻辑复杂、工程管理繁重.针对自愈系统管理的难点问题,研究了集成项目一次电系图、流程管理、二次验收、日历、通知、通信录等模块的双环网自愈二次设备管理系统,实现了自愈项目中二次设备的全过程管理.该系统功能完善,实际案例的应用验证了系统的有效性.

Abstract

The structure of the 10 kV dual-ring self-healing system is diverse,with complex protection logic and demanding engineering management.Addressing the difficulties in self-healing system management,this study re-searched a secondary equipment management system for the dual-ring self-healing system,integrating modules such as primary electrical diagrams,process management,secondary acceptance,schedules,notifications,and contact lists.This system achieves comprehensive management of secondary equipment throughout the self-healing project.The system features are well-rounded,and application verification through practical cases has vali-dated its effectiveness.
