摘要
随着用电负荷的不断增大,配电网末端电压低的问题也越来越突出.为进一步提升配电网低电压治理水平,从理论和工程实际分析了低电压的成因以及其发生特点和产生的不利影响,并详细制定了低电压治理流程和方案,通过细化组织结构、收集前期数据、分析确定治理方案、定期"回头看"等方式提升低电压治理水平.该治理方案已在上海市宝山地区进行落实,有效提高了配电网低电压治理水平和效率.
Abstract
With the continuous increase of the electricity load,the problem of low voltage at the end of the distri-bution network has become increasingly prominent.To further enhance the management level of low voltage in distribution networks,this paper analyzes the causes of low voltage from both theoretical and engineering perspec-tives,as well as its characteristics and adverse effects.It details the governance process and strategies,including refining organizational structures,collecting preliminary data,analyzing and determining governance solutions,and conducting regular"look-backs".These measures aim to improve the management level of low voltage.The governance plan has been implemented in Baoshan district of Shanghai,effectively enhancing the efficiency and management level of low voltage in distribution networks.
