摘要

重点分析了压降配电网停电时户数对于提升中心城区供电可靠性的重要性.为了提升客户用电体验并维护良好的社会营商环境,分析总结了多种压降停电时户数的技术和方案,包括负荷转移、不停电作业技术、配电网重构、停电计划优化、数字化智能化技术应用,以及建设分布式电源与储能装置等.

Abstract

This paper emphasizes the importance of minimizing household power outages in urban distribution net-works to ensure reliability in central urban power supply.To enhance customer electricity usage experience and maintain a favorable business environment,various technologies and solutions for reducing the number of affected households during power outages are analyzed,researched,and summarized.These include load transfer,non-stop operation techniques,distribution network restructuring,outage planning optimization,application of digital and intelligent technologies,and deployment of distributed power sources and energy storage devices.
