摘要

随着信息技术的不断发展与进步,企业档案管理的数字化战略转型势在必行.通过总结国网上海市电力公司市北供电公司营业档案电子化平台创新应用试点的具体实践,深度挖掘电子档案价值,旨在助力提升客户服务品质,为档案工作实现数字化、智能化、智慧化管理作出有益探索,并为全面推广"单套制"档案管理模式提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of information technology,the digital transformation of enterprise ar-chives management has become imperative.This paper summarizes the specific practices of the digital platform for business electronic archives at Shibei Power Supply Company of State Grid Shanghai Municipal Power Com-pany,deeply explores the value of electronic archives,and facilitates the enhancement of customer service qual-ity.The aim is to explore beneficial approaches towards digitizing,automating,and intelligently managing ar-chives,and to provide valuable insights for the comprehensive promotion of the"single set"archive management model.
