Network Access Links and Functional Organization of Virtual Power Plants
To fully leverage the capabilities of virtual power plants(VPPs)in orchestrating scalable flexible resources and effectively enhance the aggregation and dispatch of dispersed resources within distribution net-works,this paper combines the results of China's distribution network digital transformation with IoT develop-ment trends.It explores the network access links and overall architecture of VPPs based on a"cloud-tube-edge-end"architecture with strong integration and scalable interaction.By using edge intelligent terminals as edge nodes,the paper analyzes both individual and overall network access links of VPPs.It focuses on the path of edge intelligent terminals and examines the functional organization of VPPs from the perspectives of dynamic response characteristics and the utilization of the evaluation results.The study aims to establish a foundation for VPPs to fully harness the potential of diversified resource integration,supporting China's vision for a new type of eco-nomic,reliable,energy-efficient and low-carbon power system.
