Research on Dynamic Tiered Network Access Fee Strategy for Electric Vehicle Charging Operators
This paper proposes a novel dynamic tiered network access fee strategy to address challenges faced by electric vehicle(EV)charging operators,such as low service efficiency and high user costs.Traditional network access fee designs have limitations,and the unique characteristics of EV charging operators add complexity to the design process.To tackle this challenge,the study categorizes users into low,medium,and high price elasticity groups and combines dynamic pricing with tiered pricing.The proposed approach designs different network access fees based on users'charging needs and price sensitivity to enhance grid service efficiency,reduce user costs,and increase consumer surplus for EV users.The results demonstrate that this strategy can guide users to modify their charging behavior,reduce network congestion,ensure the stable operation of the distribution network,and sup-port national goals for EV development.
