针对电池储能电站存在的包括火灾隐患、爆炸隐患在内的安全问题,利用新材料离子云室传感器技术,并结合电力电子技术最新研究成果,研发了一种实用化的储能站极早期火灾预警方案与直流馈线故障开断能力提升方案,该方案原理新颖、实用性强,尤其是将研究成果浓缩为可方便地安装于储能站电池室的成套装置,并且不与现有消防系统冲突,也不与现有直流断路器冲突,也不需要对设备进行任何改动,具有"绿色安装"可拆卸可升级的特点,推广安装后可立即收获安全风险降低的系统性经济效益.
Safety Enhancement Technology for Energy Storage Stations Based on Thermo-Ionic Detection and DC Fast Arc Extinction
This paper addresses safety issues in battery energy storage stations,including fire and explosion haz-ards.It introduces a practical early fire warning solution and an improved DC feedline fault interruption capability using new material ion cloud chamber sensor technology combined with advancements in power electronics.The proposed solutions are innovative and practical,especially as they are condensed into easily installable,standalone devices.These devices can be conveniently installed in the battery rooms of energy storage stations without inter-fering with existing fire suppression systems or DC circuit breakers,and require no modifications to the equip-ment.The"green installation"approach ensures that these devices are removable and upgradable,delivering im-mediate systematic economic benefits through reduced safety risks post-installation.
