摘要
对国网上海市电力公司35 kV以及110kV变电技改项目的主要设备和材料进行了分析研究,并探讨其价格水平的变化,在保障电网设备安全可靠运行的基础上,以期优化工程造价文件,降低价格波动对成本控制的影响,合理安排项目计划,提高对项目投资的管控能力,从而提升精准投资效果.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the main equipment and materials for the 35 kV and 110 kV substation retrofit proj-ects of State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company.It explores price fluctuations and aims to opti-mize project cost documentation,minimize the impact of price fluctuations on cost control,and improve project planning.The goal is to enhance investment control capabilities and achieve precise investment outcomes while en-suring the safe and reliable operation of grid equipment.
