摘要
重点探讨了带电作业过程中的安全管控策略.针对当前带电作业面临的主要风险及挑战,提出了一套系统化、标准化且行之有效的安全管控方案.该方案旨在全面提升带电作业的安全性,最大限度减少安全事故的发生,切实保障电力从业人员的生命安全,并确保电力系统的稳定可靠运行.
Abstract
This paper focuses on safety control strategies during live working operations.By analyzing the main risks and challenges associated with live working,a comprehensive,standardized,and effective safety control scheme is proposed.The aim is to significantly enhance the safety level of live working,minimize the occurrence of safety incidents,protect the lives of power industry workers,and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the power system.
