变电站检修风险评价体系研究

随着新技术和新设备的引入,变电站的智能化水平、运行效率及经济效益等显著提升,但同时也使得变电站检修项目变得更加复杂,检修风险随之增多.分析了影响变电站检修的各种风险,构建了一个二层风险指标体系;然后对各个指标进行赋权,并采用模糊综合评价法对各风险指标进行评价,最终建立了一套变电站检修风险评价体系.该体系可为后续建立检修项目危险库提供理论依据与技术支撑,并能够及时识别出变电站检修过程中的风险,降低风险发生概率,从而提高检修的可靠性与安全性.
Research on Risk Assessment System for Substation Maintenance
The influx of new technologies and equipment has increased the level of intelligence,operational effi-ciency,and economic benefits in substations.However,this has also made maintenance projects more complex and increased maintenance risks.This paper analyzes the risks affecting substation maintenance and constructs a two-tier risk indicator system.Risk indicators are weighted,and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assess these indicators.Finally,a risk assessment system for substation maintenance is established.This system provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the subsequent development of a maintenance project risk database,enabling timely identification of risks during substation maintenance,reducing the probability of risks,and improving the reliability and safety of maintenance activities.
