含换电站的虚拟电厂优化调度策略综述

目前电动汽车在全球范围内的销量逐年增加,对电动汽车充放电进行有效管控,将会减小电动汽车对电网的冲击,提高电力系统的稳定性和可靠性.虚拟电厂通过整合电力市场与负荷侧需求响应,实现了智能化调度.从电动汽车换电站的结构与换电过程出发,对换电站的优化管理与含换电站的虚拟电厂(VPP)优化调度策略的国内外主要研究进行了总结分类,全面而清晰地呈现了含电动汽车换电站的虚拟电厂的重点问题与发展路径,最后对虚拟电厂的建设进行了规划与展望.
A Review of the Optimized Dispatch Strategy for Virtual Power Plants with Battery Swapping Stations
The global sales of electric vehicles(EVs)have been increasing year by year.Effectively managing the charging and discharging of electric vehicles will reduce the impact of EVs on the grid and improve the stability and reliability of the power system.Virtual power plants(VPPs)achieve intelligent energy dispatch by integrating the electricity market with demand-side response.This paper summarizes and classifies the main domestic and in-ternational research on the optimization management of battery swapping stations and the optimized dispatch strat-egies of virtual power plants(VPPs)that include such stations.The key issues and development pathways of vir-tual power plants with electric vehicle battery swapping stations are clearly and comprehensively presented.Fi-nally,the paper outlines plans and prospects for the development of virtual power plants.
