摘要
集箱是电站锅炉的重要部件,其主要功能是通过与水冷壁、过热器、再热器、省煤器及连接管道连接,汇集和分配工作介质.受焊接工艺、焊接人员水平、复杂焊接现场及高温服役环境等因素影响,集箱小径管因焊接质量问题引起的泄漏事故时有发生,对发电企业和社会造成了不良影响.对某660 MW超超临界机组锅炉集箱小径管进行了检修期间的焊接质量超声波检测,共抽检20只小径管,在检测结果中均未发现有超标缺陷,表明小径管焊接质量良好.
Abstract
The box header is an important component in power plant boilers.Its main function is to collect and dis-tribute the working medium by connecting with the water walls,superheaters,reheaters,economizers,and asso-ciated pipelines.Due to factors such as welding process,welding personnel skills,complex welding site condi-tions,and high-temperature service environments,small diameter pipes in box headers are prone to leakage acci-dents caused by welding quality issues,which have a negative impact on power generation enterprises and society.During the maintenance of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit boiler's box header small diameter pipes,ultrasonic testing was performed for the welding quality,with a total of 20 small diameter pipes sampled for inspection.No defects exceeding the standard were found in the test results,verifying the good welding quality of the small diameter pipes.
