为大力提升变电运维的信息化、标准化和精益化水平,应积极推进"云大物移智边"等数字技术在变电运维领域的应用,可实现远程智能巡视对人工巡视的全面替代,进而实现变电专业的转型升级.针对变电运维实际需求,介绍了一种基于数字孪生的变电站智能巡视系统构建方法.该系统采用领先的互联网技术融合高清视频、巡检机器人、AR辅助巡检、在线监测等模块,并配置缺陷识别、状态分析等多种AI算法,通过数字孪生技术,可在变电站三维虚拟模型中实现远程巡视、实时状态感知和主动预警等功能.
Research on Intelligent Substation Inspection System Based on Digital Twin
To significantly improve the informatization,standardization,and lean management of substation op-eration and maintenance,we should actively promote the application of digital technologies such as"cloud comput-ing,big data,IoT,artificial intelligence,edge computing,"etc.,in the substation operation and maintenance field,realize the comprehensive replacement of manual inspection by remote intelligent inspection,thus achieving transformation and upgrading in the substation profession.Addressing the practical needs of substation operation and maintenance,this paper introduces a method for constructing an intelligent substation inspection system based on digital twin technology.The system integrates leading internet technologies,including high-definition video,inspection robots,AR-assisted inspection,online monitoring,and more,and incorporates AI algorithms for de-fect identification,state analysis,and other functions.Through digital twin technology,remote inspections,real-time status perception,and proactive early warnings can be achieved in the three-dimensional virtual model of the substation.
