基于轨道式巡检机器人的换流阀部件红外测温方法

针对可控换相换流阀(CLCC)的测温难点,搭建了一个结合智能化与红外可视化的智能探测平台.针对红外图像指定区域测温难点,提出了一种基于模板图像与巡检图像匹配的区域测温算法.所搭建的智能探测平台已在上海南桥换流站应用测试.实践应用结果表明,所提测温方法具有较优的应用效果,为换流站稳定可靠运行提供了强有力的保障.
Infrared Temperature Measurement Method for Converter Valve Components Based on Track-Type Inspection Robot
To address the challenges in temperature measurement of CLCC converter valves,an intelligent detec-tion platform combining intelligent and infrared visual technologies was developed.For the difficulty in measuring temperature in specified regions of infrared images,a region-based temperature measurement algorithm was pro-posed,based on template image and inspection image matching.Application testing of the platform was con-ducted at the Nanqiao Converter Station in Shanghai.Experimental results show that this temperature measure-ment method provides a better application effect and offers strong support for the stable and reliable operation of the converter station.
