摘要

分析了 2023年度上海电网各并网发电厂发电锅炉"四管"泄漏失效的具体情况,列举了大量的现场案例照片,并结合实验室检测数据进行泄漏原因分析,提出了相应的反措.同时对2023年度发电锅炉"四管"泄漏原因和次数进行统计和比较,并为确保发电机组安全运行提出了建议.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the specific situations of"four tubes"leakage and failure of power generation boilers in various grid-connected power plants in Shanghai power grid in 2023,lists a large number of on-site case photos,conducts cause analysis in combination with laboratory material data,and puts forward corresponding cor-rective measures.Moreover,it conducts statistics and comparisons on the causes and frequencies of"four tubes"leakage of power generation boilers in 2023,and provides suggestions to ensure the safe operation of generator sets.
