摘要
气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)作为变电站的关键设备,其运行可靠性对电力系统安全至关重要.采用X射线数字化成像技术,对受洪水灾害影响的某220 kV变电站220 kV侧母线脱落故障进行了专项检测,共检测母线接头37处,发现有3处母线接头发生了错位,需进行解体重装.根据GIS设备的运行现状,对制造安装阶段和运维检修阶段的GIS设备提出了针对性措施,以提升GIS设备的投运质量,保障电网安全.
Abstract
The operational reliability of Gas-Insulated Switchgear(GIS)Which is a key equipment in substations,is crucial to the safety of power systems.A special inspection was conducted for a 220 kV substation,where a bus-bar fault on the 220 kV side,caused by flood damage,resulted in the busbar disconnection.X-ray digital imaging technology was used to inspect a total of 37 busbar joints,revealing that 3 joints were misaligned and required dis-assembly and reinstallation.Based on the current operational status of GIS equipment,targeted measures are pro-posed for both the manufacturing and installation phases and the operation and maintenance phases of GIS equip-ment,to improve the commissioning quality and ensure the safety of the power grid.
