摘要

光伏组件的光电转换部分若与外部框架发生击穿或短路,将引发接地故障,进而导致整个组串停运,造成大量发电损失.提出了一种不拆线即可检测光伏组件接地故障的方案,该方案能有效地解决光伏组件的接地问题,并提升光伏发电系统的整体性能和效益.该方案已在实践中得到验证,并显示出良好的实用性和应用价值.

Abstract

The photoelectric conversion part of photovoltaic modules can break down or short-circuit with the external frame.Once a ground fault occurs in the photovoltaic module,it will cause the entire string to stop func-tioning properly,resulting in significant power generation losses.A non-disruptive detection method for photovol-taic module ground faults is proposed,which effectively addresses the grounding issue faced by photovoltaic mod-ules and improves the performance and efficiency of the entire photovoltaic power generation system.This method has been validated in practice and demonstrates good practicality and value.
