抗燃油泡沫特性指标检测方法问题研究

通过对某电厂5号机组抗燃油泡沫特性指标检测结果超标问题进行分析,排除了油品劣化、污染或消泡剂缺少等原因,发现造成5号机组抗燃油泡沫特性指标超标的主要原因是其在检测时采用了不锈钢扩散头.虽然不锈钢扩散头的渗透率和最大孔径均满足相关标准要求,但其测得的泡沫特性数据存在偏大倾向.因此,选择合适的气体扩散头对于确保泡沫测试结果的准确性至关重要.
Research on Detection Method of Anti-Fuel Foam Characteristics Index
This paper analyzes the reasons for the exceeding of the anti-fuel foam characteristics index in the de-tection results of Unit 5 of the power plant.The possibilities of oil degradation,contamination,or lack of defoam-ing agents for the anti-fuel oil of Unit 5 are ruled out.The main reason for the excessive anti-fuel foam index is the use of a stainless steel gas diffusion head in our detection.Although the permeability and maximum aperture of the stainless steel diffusion head meet the requirements of the standard method,the measured foam characteristic data tend to be biased high.Selecting the appropriate gas diffusion head is crucial for obtaining accurate foam test re-sults.
