摘要
目前,电缆终端锥形头切削所使用的工具仍是传统的套筒或电工刀,施工质量深受技术人员工作经验和技能水平的影响,导致施工质量不稳定.为应对这一挑战,设计了一种锥形头数控全自动削尖装置,较好地解决了电缆终端锥形头加工质量不稳定的问题.
Abstract
Currently,the tools used for cutting cable terminal tapered heads are still traditional sleeves or electri-cians'knives.The work depends heavily on the experience and skill levels of the technicians,leading to unstable construction quality.Therefore,a design plan for a CNC fully automatic tapered head sharpening device is pro-posed,which effectively solves the problem of unstable processing quality for cable terminal tapered heads.
