摘要
打磨电缆接头主绝缘层是电缆接头预处理流程中的关键环节.目前电缆主绝缘层打磨主要使用传统的单边砂带打磨机,易造成打磨不均匀的情况.针对这一现实工况,设计了一款可360°旋转的无死角环形打磨机,较好地解决了传统打磨机存在的打磨不均匀问题.
Abstract
Grinding the main insulation layer of cable joints is a key step in the pre-treatment process of cable joints.Currently,the main insulation layer of cables is mainly ground using traditional single-sided sanding ma-chines,which can lead to uneven grinding of the cable's main insulation layer.To address this issue,a design solu-tion for a 360° rotating annular grinder with no dead corners is proposed to ensure even grinding.
