摘要
针对配变保护开关箱及配电柜等配置的低压氧化锌避雷器在发生击穿或者损坏后难以发现故障点、无法带电作业更换的问题,设计了一种新型可带电作业低压交流避雷器.该产品采用模块化的设计语言、带电作业更换方案以及自动隔离指示故障位置的设计思维,实现了模块化更换故障避雷器、带电作业避免台区停电、隔离故障相消除安全隐患的目的.该产品已成功通过型式试验验证,并上网运行了 5年多,取得了显著效益和效果.
Abstract
Low-voltage zinc oxide surge arresters installed in distribution transformer protection switch boxes and distribution cabinets are difficult to diagnose or replace after breakdown or damage,as the fault points are hard to detect and live-working replacement is not possible.To address this,a new type of live-working low-voltage AC surge arrester has been designed.This design incorporates a modular design approach,a live-working replace-ment plan,and an automatic fault isolation indicator to localize the fault.The solution enables modular replace-ment of faulty arresters,live-working operations that avoid power outages in the distribution area,and isolation of faulty phases to eliminate safety hazards.The product has successfully passed type testing and has been in opera-tion for over five years,delivering significant benefits and results.
