Analysis of Abnormal Issues Caused by Improper Configuration of 500 kV Circuit Breaker Anti-trip Relay
The anti-trip function of a circuit breaker is an important protection feature designed to prevent repeated"tripping"caused by faults when the circuit breaker closes, thus avoiding further faults in the breaker or expanding power grid accidents. However, the anti-trip function cannot be achieved by the anti-trip relay alone but requires cooperation with auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker, the breaker's own operating time, and other factors to fully realize the anti-trip functionality.Proper configuration of the anti-trip relay is crucial based on the characteristics of different circuit breakers.
