摘要

分析了一起发生在上海电网某220 kV变电站的35 kV四/五分段引线手车柜绝缘击穿故障案例.通过现场检查、解体分析以及绝缘件性能测试,发现故障根源在于长期运行的DNF7型开关柜触头盒绝缘材料老化、吸潮后绝缘性能下降.基于此,提出了针对性的故障处理措施和后续防范策略,包括加强局放检测、制定开关柜改造计划和绝缘件大修方案,以避免类似故障发生.

Abstract

This paper provides a detailed analysis of a 35 kV fourth/fifth type sectionalized feeder switchgear insu-lation breakdown fault that occurred at a 220 kV substation in Shanghai.Through on-site inspections,disassem-bly analysis,and insulation material performance testing,the root cause of the fault was identified as the insula-tion performance reduction of the DNF7 switchgear contact box insulation material due to the aging and mois-ture absorption after the long-term operating.Thereupon,targeted fault handling measures and follow-up preven-tive strategies are proposed,including strengthening partial discharge detection,developing a switchgear modifica-tion plan,and implementing insulation component overhauls to prevent similar faults from recurring.
