摘要
随着电力能源行业数字化转型的加快推进,公共资源数据治理成为行业发展的关键.对公共资源数据治理在电力能源行业的应用进行了探讨研究,指出公共资源数据治理不仅显著提高了市场的效率和公平,还为电力能源行业的科学决策、高效运营和可持续发展提供了有力支持.然而,数据治理也面临数据质量参差不齐、数据安全风险及数据共享障碍等多重挑战.为此,提出了加强数据质量管理、完善数据安全机制和推动数据共享与合作等对策,以期进一步提升电力能源行业的数据治理能力.
Abstract
With the accelerated digital transformation of the electric power industry,public resource data gover-nance has become a key factor in the industry's development.This study explores the application of public re-source data governance in the electric power sector,emphasizing that data governance not only significantly im-proves market efficiency and fairness but also provides strong support for scientific decision-making,efficient op-erations,and sustainable development in the power industry.However,data governance faces multiple chal-lenges,including data quality,data security,and data sharing.To address these issues,this study proposes strate-gies such as enhancing data quality management,improving data security mechanisms,and promoting data shar-ing and collaboration,with the aim of further strengthening the data governance capabilities in the electric power sector.
