随着电力市场竞争的加剧及产业结构的深度调整,省管产业单位正面临同质化经营管理的严峻挑战.剖析了同质化经营管理的内涵、潜在风险及实施路径,旨在为相关产业单位提供理论支撑与实践指导,推动其实现高质量发展.通过系统性研究,提出了一系列创新性的管理策略,旨在强化风险防控,提升管理效能,确保经营质量的稳步提升.
Abstract
With the deep adjustment of the power market competition and industry structure,provincially man-aged power industry units are facing the severe challenge of homogenized business management.This paper ana-lyzes the connotation,potential risks,and implementation paths of homogenized business management,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant industry units,with the aim of promoting high-quality devel-opment.Through systematic research,a series of innovative management strategies are proposed,aiming to strengthen risk prevention,enhance management effectiveness,and ensure steady improvement in business qual-ity.
