白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术的初步报告

摘要
目的：对5.5mm切口行白内障超声乳化同期植入人工晶体的手术结果进行回顾性总结。方法：采用不同的乳化方法，对76例85眼白内障行超声乳化摘除术。结果：术后视力一般在4.6～4.9之间，最佳者达5.2。后囊膜破裂8例，角膜水肿11例。结论：在具备熟练的白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术操作基础上，通过稳妥扎实的准备工作是完全能够开展此项手术的。
Abstract
Objective: To make a retrospective summary on surgical results of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through a 5.5-cm incision. Methods: Using different techniques emnulsified the cataracts in 85 eyes of 76 patients. Results: Postoperatively, the visual acuity ranged 4.6～4.9, the best of whic was 5.2. There were posterior capsular rupture in 8 eyes and comeal edema in 11 eyes. Conclusions: After having acquired adequate experiences in performing ECCE, this operation can be well carried out after careful and concrete preparation.
