Coordinated control strategy of DC microgrid cluster based on energy management
To achieve coordinated control and power mutual aid among microgrids,as well as improve ener-gy utilization efficiency,a cluster coordinated control strategy for DC microgrid is proposed based on ener-gy management. This strategy adopts a hierarchical control structure, the lower-layer control uses power-vol-tage droop control, the middle-layer control adopts distributed consensus voltage control, and the upper-layer control uses centralized control to coordinate individual microgrids. The multi-layer coordinated control stra-tegy allows the microgrids in the cluster to operate independently while providing power support to each other. They can also be interconnected with the main grid, participate in the electricity market, utilize resources from different locations, maximize energy utilization efficiency, and ensure the voltage quality of the entire cluster. The proposed control strategy is basically unaffected and has certain robustness in the case of communication failure or line disconnection between microgrids. The proposed control strategy is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink by simulating various working conditions. The results show that the pro-posed control can realize the energy management of the whole microgrid cluster while ensuring the voltage level of the cluster.
