Energy security oriented multi-resource unified scheduling framework for provincial balanced entities
Aiming at the energy security challenge faced by the provincial balance entities under the new situation,a multi-resource,multi-time scale and multi-granularity unified scheduling framework is proposed. This framework is based on day-ahead short-term scheduling, and takes into account long-term energy fore-casting and market transaction volume through predictive scheduling, and can balance the overall allocation rule of long-term plan and the precise scheduling ability of short-term plan.Various resources such as natural gas,inter-provincial electricity purchase, and local demand response are considered in the model, and the adjustment ability of multiple resources is fully tapped to realize mutual assistance and supplemen-tation.The example simulative results show that the proposed framework realizes the efficient day-ahead so-lution of full-cycle scheduling, and has higher adaptability to the randomness of load compared with the traditional fixed scheduling mechanism.
