种衣剂添加黑曲霉对盐胁迫下玉米苗期生长的影响

Effect of Adding Aspergillus niger to Seed Coating Agent on Seedling Growth of Maize Under Salt Stress

为探究种衣剂添加黑曲霉在盐胁迫下对玉米苗期生长的影响,试验设置对照组(CK)、盐胁迫对照组(NCK)、盐胁迫施用种衣剂(NHQ)、无盐胁迫施用种衣剂(HQ)、盐胁迫施用种衣剂并添加黑曲霉(NHQ-A)、无盐胁迫施用种衣剂并添加黑曲霉(HQ-A)6个处理,结果表明,NHQ-A、HQ-A组相较NHQ、HQ组,根长分别增长16.07%和30.06%,叶宽分别增长11.08%和6.88%,叶绿素SPAD值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性有明显增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量下降.因此,种衣剂添加黑曲霉对玉米幼苗苗期生长具有一定的促生作用,能够缓解盐胁迫对玉米带来的一部分危害.
To investigate the effect of adding Aspergillus niger to the seed coating agent on the growth of corn seedlings under salt stress,six treatments were set up in the experiment:control group(CK),salt stress control group(NCK),application of seed coating agent under salt stress(NHQ),application of seed coating agent under salt-free stress(HQ),application of seed coating agent with addition of Aspergillus niger under salt stress(NHQ-A),application of seed coating agent with addition of Aspergillus niger under salt-free stress(HQ-A).The results showed that compared with NHQ and HQ,the root length and leaf width of NHQ-A and HQ-A groups increased by 16.07%,30.06%and 11.08%,6.88%,respectively.Chlorophyll SPAD,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)activity increased significantly,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased.This study demonstrates that the addition of Aspergillus niger to seed coating agent has a certain promoting effect on the growth of maize seedlings,and can alleviate some of the harm caused by salt stress on maize.
