空气弹簧-铅芯橡胶支座三维隔震装置力学性能

为提高柔性建筑结构的隔震能力,提出一种兼具水平和竖向隔震功能的空气弹簧-铅芯橡胶支座(AS-LRB)三维隔震装置。介绍了该三维隔震装置的构造,分别对该三维隔震装置水平和竖向力学性能进行了试验研究,提出了该三维隔震装置水平和竖向力学性能参数的计算方法。研究结果表明:该三维隔震装置采用空气弹簧(AS)进行竖向隔震,采用铅芯橡胶支座(LRB)进行水平隔震;竖向隔震的载荷-位移曲线表现出非线性变化的特点,其竖向力学性能受空气弹簧气压的影响明显;水平隔震的耗能能力强,其水平力学性能受加载幅值和空气弹簧气压的影响明显。通过与试验结果的对比表明,所提出的计算方法能够准确地计算该三维隔震装置的水平和竖向力学性能参数。
Mechanical properties of air spring-lead rubber bearing three-dimensional seismic isolation device
To improve the ability of seismic isolation of flexible building structures,an air spring-lead rubber bearing(AS-LRB)three-dimensional seismic isolation device with both horizontal and vertical seismic isola-tion was proposed.The structure of the three-dimensional seismic isolation device was introduced,and the horizontal and vertical mechanical properties of the three-dimensional seismic isolation device were experimen-tally studied.In addition,the calculation method of the horizontal and vertical mechanical properties of the three-dimensional seismic isolation device was proposed.The research results show that the three-dimensional seismic isolation device uses an air spring(AS)for vertical seismic isolation and lead rubber bearing(LRB)for horizontal seismic isolation.The load-displacement curve of vertical seismic isolation exhibits nonlinear characteristics,and its vertical mechanical properties are obviously affected by the air pressure of the AS.The energy consumption capacity of horizontal seismic isolation is strong,and its horizontal mechanical properties are obviously affected by the loading amplitude and the air pressure of the AS.Through comparison with the test results,the proposed calculation method can accurately calculate the horizontal and vertical mechanical properties of the three-dimensional seismic isolation device.
