分离式辐射制冷-空调混合制冷系统的节能效果研究

为了节约建筑物的空调制冷能耗,将传统的高能耗空调制冷与无能耗辐射制冷相结合,提出了一种动态调控的分离式混合制冷系统.该系统利用辐射制冷的无能耗特性,辅助空调对建筑物进行降温以降低制冷能耗.首先,在真实的小型建筑物上搭建了具有恒定工质流速的辐射制冷-空调混合制冷系统;其次,在有、无辐射制冷循环的房间进行了对照实验以验证其节能效果;最后,系统加入了对工质流动状态的动态调控装置,以保证在波动的环境条件下辐射制冷不会产生反向的"加热"作用.该系统将空调与辐射制冷的工质循环回路分离布置,大幅降低了制冷系统的复杂度和设计、安装成本;与单一空调系统相比节省了约15.0%的制冷能耗;在加入动态调控装置后,进一步实验实现了约19.1%的节能效果.该系统验证了辐射制冷技术的节能效果,为辐射制冷技术的发展和应用提供借鉴.
Study on energy-saving effect of a separate radiative cooling-air conditioning hybrid refrigeration system
To reduce energy consumption of air conditioning(AC)in buildings,a novel dynamic control-based hybrid refrigeration system is proposed by combining traditional high-energy-consumption AC and zero-energy-consumption radiative cooling(RC).This system leverages the zero-energy-consumption property of RC,and assists AC to cool the building to reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration.First,the RC-AC hybrid refrigeration system with constant flow rate of working fluid is applied to a small building.Secondly,a control experiment is conducted in the room with and without RC cycle to verify the energy-saving effect.Fi-nally,a dynamic control device for working flow status is added to avoid the reverse heating effect caused by the RC due to the fluctuation of the environment.The system consists two separate circulation circuits,one for AC and the other for RC,to reduce its complexity and design and installation cost.Compared with the AC on-ly system,the hybrid set up achieves a nearly 15.0%energy-saving effect of AC.It further achieves an ener-gy-saving of about 19.1%.This system demonstrates the energy-saving benefits of RC,and provides a refer-ence for its further development and application.
