矿用绞车是煤矿运输系统重要的高危设备,运行负荷大、行程长、时间长(24 h作业),所以,掌控其设备的过程运行参数极为重要。在运行过程中,速度是一个极为重要的实时状态参数,速度测量的实时性和精度,直接影响到整个系统的运行效果和安全状态,采用增量型旋转编码器结合数字采集板卡测量绞车速度,达到设备运行过程的安全、放心监控。
Application Research of Rotary Encoder in the Speed Measurement of Coal Mine Winch
Coal mine winch is an important high-risk device in coal mine transportation system, which runs with heavy load, long travel, long time (24 hours work), so the running parameters to control its equipment is extremely important. During operation, the speed is an extremely important real-time state parameters, real-time and accuracy of speed measurement directly affects the operating results and the security status of the entire system, the paper adopts incremental rotary encoder combined with digital acquisition board measuring winch speed, reaching equipment running procedure safety, assured monitoring.
