The Zoning and Related Issues of Han Dynasty Mound Tombs in Shandong
Based on the presence or absence of high-temperature glazed pottery in tombs and the spa-tial distribution of tombs,the Han Dynasty mound tombs in Shandong can be divided into two regions:the Yellow Sea region in the east and the Yishu River basin region in the west.Through an analysis of the cultur-al factors of the tombs in these two regions,including tomb form,funerary objects,and burial customs,it can be concluded that the tombs were influenced by Wu-Yue culture,Chu culture,Qi culture in the Warring States,Han culture in northern Lu,and unified Han culture.The extent of influence of different cultural fac-tors on the tombs in the two regions is determined by the natural environment and historical background.The emergence of mound tombs in Shandong during the Han Dynasty was closely related to population migration and commodity trade.The formation process and cultural attributes of these tombs reflected the exchange and integration of various cultural factors,which witnessed the development of culture from diversity to unity and from difference to convergence during the Han Dynasty.
