This paper examines the regional popularity,structural composition,and specific details of these representations,identifying their origin in the Sishui River basin and their historical context. The ding depicted in this imagery is based on the actual form of Han Dynasty ding vessels. The depiction of the ding in the historical story of the First Em-peror of the Qin retrieving the ding from the Sishui River carries significant symbolic meaning.
