数智时代背景下,提高公共文化服务可及性不仅是提高人民幸福感、获得感和满意度的重要内容,也是公共文化服务高质量发展的重要表现.博物馆可从可及性视域出发,结合数智技术应用,通过提高博物馆服务可及性,从推广智慧化、资源开放化、访问便捷化、服务场景化和体验品质化五个维度提高博物馆智慧服务水平,从而促进博物馆公共文化服务高质量发展.
Abstract
In the digital age,enhancing the accessibility of public cultural serves is not only vital for improving people's happiness,sense of achievement,and overall satisfaction,but also serves a key indica-tor of high-quality development of these services.This article explores museum accessibility,proposing that museums can improve their smart service level by focusing on five key areas:smart promotion,resource openness,convenient access,service customization,and experience quality.By addressing these dimen-sions,museums can significantly improve the quality of cultural services they offer to the public.
