China's Strategy for Building a Community with a Shared Future for the Global South
In the era of great changes unseen in a century alongside the rises of the Global South and China,the world has been increasingly marked by instability and uncertainty.The Global South and China have emerged as pivotal forces reshaping the international order.Their shared principles of political independence,commitment to fairness and justice,and historical mission of development and revitalization have positioned them as key players in global political,economic,and governance reforms.Therefore,in the international process of promoting building a community with a shared future for mankind in the new era,advancing the synergy between China and the Global South and building a Global South Community with a Shared Future hold significant practical and strategic importance.It can promote the correct direction of world multipolarity and economic globalization towards equality,order,and inclusiveness,and achieve the common evolution of China's relations with the Global South in the new era.It can not only inject strong momentum into the continuous rise of the Global South but also guide the direction for China and the Global South to jointly cope with the uncertain world changes in the new era.Meanwhile,challenges remain,including the dynamics of competition between China and Western powers,struggles for leadership within the Global South,and risks stemming from the limited capacities of regional countries.In light of this,China must adhere to dialogue and consultation in building partnerships,shared security in shaping safety frameworks,win-win cooperation in economic development,mutual learning in cultural exchanges,and green and low-carbon principles in ecological initiatives.Only in this way,can a Global South characterized by lasting peace,universal security,shared prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,and environmental sustainability be achieved,fostering the realization of a Global South Community with a Shared Future.
