Maintenance Process-based Quality Information Management System
The use of information technology to strengthen the level of maintenance quality management is an effective approach to implement refined management,cost engineering and improve the quality of equipment throughout the life cycle.This paper proposed the method of quality information management based on the maintenance process and developed an application system,taking the quality management of equipment maintenance process as the application background,analyzing the main contradictions existing in the collection and application of quality information and quality management system,and suggesting the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of quality management system of equipment maintenance.The developed quality information management system based on the maintenance process is featured with ease of use,reliability and maintainability,which meets the quality management information needs of the equipment maintenance process and facilitates the improvement of the overall efficiency and level of the equipment maintenance quality system.
